Anyone need another job?
I will gladly share this job with anyone who wants to do it…….and happens to be licensed in Kansas.
Lady called from a tiny town where I have done extensive work. She owns a total of six lots which total to be the entire south half of a block. The west two lots are on one deed and the east four lots are on a different deed. She wants a survey splitting this differently so that the east two lots will be one tract and the west four lots will be another. That keeps her house on the west four lots and the east two lots, which she will be deeding to her son, on another. There is a crappy old shack on the east two lots where the son is living. She really doesn’t need a survey to deed the land. But, she wants him to keep his stuff on his property, not hers.
Very simple job. I have all the info on hand to show up, tie into a few bars set a couple of years ago and BAM, BAM, BAM, BAM, BAM, BAM. Field work is done.
Warning: This is a recently widowed woman in her 70’s with no income beyond Social Security. She has had a very difficult life. One son was injured severely by a Lawn Dart when he was about six years old resulting in brain damage that put him in a wheel chair and severely mentally disabled until his death at about age 22. Another son has brittle bone disease and must be very careful about what he does. Trouble is he is a thief. Has to ride a bike to and from his burglaries. This is the son receiving the two lots. About 20 years ago I did a survey for a fellow buying a tract owned by her late husband and her. He didn’t buy it. I could never get a penny out of the alleged buyer or this couple.
So, anyone still interested?
