I agree. Mark is da man. He has supported SurveyorConnect in so many ways that I'm running out of digits to count on. Plus, I consider him a great personal friend, despite the fact that I've never had the pleasure of meeting him in person.

I did not know until last month that he can update my Carlson software. What had I been thinking?

Mark Silver is definitely a top-notch service-oriented equipment provider.  Yes.  He updates my Carlson software every year.  I've also purchase a G8 RTN GPS from him with X-Pad data collection running on my android.  Amazing combination of products.  Mark self-tests the equipment, then customizes the operation manuals to improve your productivity out of the box. 

(And he's a great guy too.)
