can I get the rinex file for any GPS because I want to know the formats for GPS devices?For comparison

I like this reference that includes some Matlab code for working with RINEX files.

The first link on this page is to a locally-hosted 2015 technical report describing the contents of a RINEX 2.11 Observation file. It was written by Antonio Pestana. I do not have a direct link handy.
The standard as described by a primary author and the developer of the teqc tool is:
