I have been backing up my job files by copying them onto a hard drive. I know that there is software to do automatically, what do you folks use and/or recommend?

dropbox has failed to include All files for me on numerous occasions.
Mega has been much more reliable...

IDrive. You can send it to the cloud and an external drive

friendly reminder: Backup is a copy. the cloud is "someone else's computer" that you can not control.
Do Not Keep All Of Your Eggs In One Basket.
Redundancy is super important.

Ahh, yes...all the world saw this past week or so that indeed, "the cloud" is code for "someone else's computer".
