ITD - Idaho uses Microstation ORD. Its such a PITA program for surveyors i can't even begin to describe the issues.
That's pretty much the opinion of all our Idaho staff working on ITD projects.

@norm ODOT has been using ORD for 2 or 3 years now. They are only updating ORD standards.
