does anyone have a copy of WinALC (plasser and theurer), I needed to check the offset files before tamping the tracks.

After ooking at the site I am still unaware of what this software does or what problem it addresses.

It seems to be associated with railroad track alignment. I would think it would be obtained from the equipment manufacturer.
