Any of you folks out there know if the GEB 221 battery used on the Leica 1200 series robots will work with the Geomax 90 series units. They show the same voltage and AHr rating and cross reference each other. I was curious if they might have different mounting on the terminal side of things. TIA

I strongly suspect they will, but cannot confirm. I have wondered the same thing ever since I started using a Carlson CR5 RTS.

As an answer to my own post, yes the Geomax ZBA400 battery is the same as the Leica GEB 221.
Received my Zoom 90 last week and both style batteries work fine and charge with either type charger.
