That is exceptional. Not just anyone could master that trick.
Fence builder of the year here.
Who is the unfortunate Surveyor getting blamed for these anomilies? ????
NOW WHAT?
Owner: “you idiot, look at this!, I’m going to sue you for everything you own”
Developer: “It ain’t my fault, the sub-contractor built it wrong. I’m gonna sue them.”
Contractor: “I built it according to the stakes provided by the Surveyor, I’m gonna sue them.”
Surveyor: “I staked it according to plans from engineer”.What does the surveyor do?
You can’t truly say that’s the engineer’s fault without the plans. I’d find it hard to believe that was the ‘design’.
“But, Sir, you said you would enjoy having a pool.”
There were more than a few times in my surveying career where I found problems with plans and had to fix them on the fly. Catch basins, curbs, gutters, whatever. While this meme is intended as humor and could technically be the fault of anyone involved in the process, my experience leans toward the point of the meme.
