Just wanted to make sure it closed. Didn’t want to come up short!
30′, has to be 30′
40′, has to be 40′
So what do they mean by; East, South, West, and North?

that’s tiny.
Last one I did which included the tank and sewer pipe was 55×95.

40?? terminates at the POB.
And what??s with the tie to the County tax parcel number?? around here, those are subject to change.
Agreed. Should not be allowed to be accepted as a genuine description anywhere.
I think it has to be however far it is back to the point of beginning.
