Mission Statement

Our fundamental mission is to provide all surveying and mapping services to District 11 Project Development, Construction, and other programs requiring surveying services or assistance.  Our services include (but are not limited to) aerial mapping, Land Net Recovery/Retracement, DTM Surveys, Utility Locating, Construction Layout, Right of Way Monumentation, Record Map Preparation, and Metric Alignment Conversions.

We serve our customers with a staff of 36 people working within various functional units.  We have a core group of people who are experienced, talented, knowledgeable of program needs, and perform at a very high level.  We have established a rotational assignment program for Transportation Engineers to promote professional development and benefit the organization.  We are a 'can-do' organization and look forward to working with you.

Our mission is also to provide access to District survey records and photography.   Presently about 205,250 District 11 survey notes, maps, computer files and photographs are indexed and available on this website, and more are added when they become available.  (Read Less . . .)
